Start from the stone’s page
Use the Register Interest option on the product page so the stone’s name or SKU travels with your message. Tell us what matters to you: color in daylight, treatment documentation, a close view of an inclusion, setting dimensions, or whether the stone is still available.
What to request
- A current video in neutral lighting
- Confirmation of weight and millimeter measurements
- Treatment status and the evidence supporting it
- Any independent laboratory report held for the stone
- A close view of inclusions, abrasions, chips, or edge features
- Shipping, insurance, duties, and return terms for your destination
Review before you decide
We will respond with the information currently held for the stone and identify anything that remains untested or undocumented. If you need a laboratory report or another check, ask whether it can be arranged before agreeing to proceed.
Registering interest is not the same as purchasing. Confirm the final price, currency, availability, payment method, dispatch details, and applicable return terms in writing before payment.
