5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Warranty
All “manufactured products” (excluding any mounted/set gemstones of the product), sold by gems.jewelry are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
